Shipping Policy
All items offered on CheeryCustom are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Production and Standard Delivery times
Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.
- Production process includes the time for fulfilling orders based on your personalization, quality checking to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition and finally packaging. Since all items are made to order, a certain amount of time is required for production before sending them out to you.
- Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address.
SHIPPING FEES
We shipped to over 200 products over the world with 2 main shipping lines:
- Free Shipping (estimated shipping time is 7-9 days) - Standard shipping line
- Priority Processing Shipping (estimated shipping time is 3-5 days): the shipping cost depends on your product, your location and its weight - In this shipping option, we will put your order as top priority process and express shipping.
Most 99% of our orders arrive on time, but sometimes they can arrive after the estimated shipping time because of some reasons:
- Wrong address, missing apartment number,..
- Bad weather conditions such as snow storm,...
- Shipping Procedures
If you don't receive your parcel in time, please contact us at support@cheerycustom.com. Our team will check with the shipping courier to identify problems and try our best to solve your problem.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
