I bought two of these adorable teddies in memory of my husband who sadly passed away earlier this year. I ordered one for my step son and one for myself. When I ordered I forgot to order one that said dad I accidentally ordered saying my husbands name on both, a couple of email back and forth with customer service and the problem was resolved. My order arrived very quickly and was just what I expected. It really does give me great comfort and it is so soft my only regret is that I didn't get the larger one but that is my fault. Cannot recommend these enough they are a lovely way of remembering a loves one who has passed. My step son loves his too.
